All items will be shipped to the UK – FREE of charge.

We aim to despatch all purchases within 48 hours of order – subject to availability, should we foresee any delay longer than 7 days we will advise you via email.

Goods will be sent using standard 2nd class post and we will always obtain a certificate of posting.

2nd class with recorded delivery, add 70p
1st class recorded delivery, add £1.70
Special delivery (guaranteed by 12.00 the following day), add £4.45

We are happy to ship items Worldwide, prices for the shipping will be given upon request.

At Premier Dancewear we will always label and pack your purchases carefully, however, occasionally items do get damaged or lost. We cannot accept responsibility for any such problems and you will need to pursue Royal Mail for compensation. We will not give refunds where it is found that customers have not collected their goods from the sorting office following non delivery.

Returns Policy

We will be happy to return or exchange items due to them being unsuitable or the wrong size etc. The item must be returned within 7 working days complete with a copy of the delivery note. The goods must be unworn, with all labels attached and in their original packaging.

For exchanges all parcels returned to us must be sent postage paid and a fee of £2.00 will be incurred for the posting of the replacement item. Until the returned goods have been received by Premier Dancewear they will remain your responsibility, so we suggest you get a receipt (or use recorded delivery) when sending back any goods.

All returns for a refund will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Returns will generally be processed upon receipt but during busy periods this may take up to 28 days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchange or refund on the following items: tights, socks, legwarmers, gifts and items which were special orders
